One of the global leaders in smart buildings products needed to develop a energy services & major project business in order to deliver on market and customer requests, maintain market share and deliver on the overall growth plan. The technology contracting business gained significant traction in the USA market, but Europe & Africa had not started. The global President for TC and European president requested full focus on E&A.

Results

The new build team delivered in 2 years 23% revenue growth and ROS of 11%. The new market vertical approach not only engaged the company in early stages of major renovations or new constructions but also delivered pull through business (+15%) for the service and product business units. The solution catalogue was enhanced with 6 new digital solutions and services.
